Visualization Runtime

Overview

With the visualization module executes an project created with the VisXpert Visualization editor. The VisXpert driver programs provide process values to the Visualization to generate animations on the process graphics and visualize values.

Starting and stopping projects

The visualization process can be started via the communication module under “Stations” with a double mouse click on the desired module. For testing the project, there is also the possibility to use the sequence in the editor via the menu item “File| Test Runtime”.

The entire project of the station, incl. of the visualization process, if the station contains such a module, can be started via the context menu with “Start” (click with right mouse button on the desired station). In this case, all modules of the station are started in the order shown in the right pane.

After starting the project, the process image appears with the configured functions. The variables are supplied with current values via the VisXpert driver programs. The objects configured in the windows are displayed with the appropriate dynamics.

To finish the entire project, select “Stop” from the context menu (right-click on the desired station).
