Performance overview

Provides the complete range of functions of the Internet Explorer.vInterface is partly parameterizable. Like other VisXpert modules, it can be embedded in the VisXpert visu and controlled via the command interface.

The flow of WebExplorer

 

The process essentially offers the most important possibilities, which the IE also offers.

There is a

  • Navigation bar
  • a bar for entering addresses
  • a status bar.

Parameterization of WebExplorer

In order to make only certain parts of the interface accessible to the user, the visibility of the above-mentioned b
ars can be configured with the help of the WebExplorer editor.

Furthermore, a system group can be specified in which the variables for the command interface are created.
If a home page is specified, the expiration after starting attempts to load the specified page.

Commands of the command interface

The WebExplorer process handles the following commands:

  • BringToFront – Brings WebExplorer to the foreground
  • Hide – Makes the WebExplorer invisible
  • Minimize – Minimizes WebExplorer
  • Show – Shows the WebExplorer (if the window is as an icon in the taskbar, it will be brought to normal size)
  • Close – Exits WebExplorer
  • StayOnTop(Arg) – Sets or resets the attribute “In the foreground”. Arg:true or false
  • url(Arg) – Attempts to load the page specified in Arg: SysGrp:command :=’url(http://dtlegatoweb/ORAaudinu/index.html)
